Known Issue 1 - 

YaraConnect Transaction History and Reward History Limit Issue

Summary:

YaraConnect app transaction history can currently only show maximum 60 recent transactions of the retailer and maximum 30 reward redemption history of the retailer

Description:

When a retailer views his transaction history on the YaraConnect app, they will be able to only see the most recent maximum 60 transactions in transaction history and maximum 30 records in reward redemption history.

The split of the transactions based on transaction type is as below:

YC India:

• Maximum 60 total transactions split into maximum 30 YC transactions and maximum 30 FarmCare transactions.
• Maximum 30 records in reward redemption history

YC Kenya:

• Maximum 60 total transactions split into maximum 30 YC transactions and maximum 30 Action Africa transaction.
• Maximum 30 records in reward redemption history

YC Tanzania:

• Maximum 30 total transactions all Action Africa transactions.
• Maximum 30 records in reward redemption history

Resolution:

YC team has identified the issue and is working on resolving the issue.
